I’m a product designer focused on emotional human-AI interaction, exploring how AI can better understand people’s emotions and behavior while preserving the context that gives those experiences meaning.

I began my career as a flight attendant in South Korea, traveling to more than 29 international destinations and working with passengers and crew from different cultures, languages, and backgrounds. In the cabin, understanding how people were feeling and responding in the moment was part of the job every day.

That experience taught me to pay close attention to context, emotion, and behavior. I learned that meaningful interaction often begins with noticing what someone needs and responding with clarity and care.

I love getting outside whenever I can, especially for camping trips and time in nature. It’s one of my favorite ways to slow down, reset, and come back with a fresh perspective.

I also enjoy staying active through tennis and exchanging ideas in my book club. Both keep me curious and give me new ways to see people, stories, and everyday experiences.

And when it comes to comfort food, tteokbokki is always my first choice! I’m always happy to discover a new spot.
